Terms of Service | Rishvael

These terms apply when you use the rishvael.com website or the Rishvael app (together, "Rishvael"). By creating an account or using Rishvael, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Rishvael

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. Rishvael is for people who work in, study toward, or hire in finance.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, and keep it up to date. One account per person or company.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Tell us straight away at ceo@rishvael.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. Companies and opportunities

Companies must be verified by Rishvael before they can post opportunities. Verification confirms the details a company registered with; it is not an endorsement of the company or any role.
Opportunities must be real, lawful and accurately described, and must not discriminate unlawfully.
Companies must never ask candidates for payment of any kind to apply, be interviewed or be hired.
Companies may use applicants' information only to assess them for the role they applied to.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

create fake profiles, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your qualifications or employer;
harass, threaten or abuse other people, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
send spam or unsolicited promotions, or run scams, including fraudulent job offers;
copy, scrape or harvest other members' information, or use it outside Rishvael;
interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to Rishvael or other accounts.

5. Your content

You own what you post, including your profile, messages and applications. You give Rishvael permission to store, display and share it as needed to run the service, for example showing your profile to other members, or your application to the company you applied to. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other members already hold (such as messages you sent them) and backups that expire as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Membership and payments

Joining Rishvael is free. If we introduce paid memberships, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

7. No guarantee of employment

Rishvael helps people and companies find each other. We do not guarantee that you will be hired or find candidates, and we are not a party to any employment agreement made between members and companies.

8. Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time; see Delete account. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put other members at risk. Where appropriate, we will tell you why.

9. Disclaimers

Rishvael is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not verify every statement members make about themselves.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rishvael is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other members or companies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Kathmandu, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in advance by email or in the app. Continuing to use Rishvael after a change takes effect means you accept it.
